Having problems with print@Royalexpress?
- Can't upload your files?
If you're having problems uploading your photographs, please ensure that any firewall on your computer or network allows two-way HTTP communication (TCP port 80). This is the standard protocol used for all web traffic, so will normally be open by default.
If you need to open communications to specific servers, the servers used with TCP port 80 are:
- central.onpix.com
- downloads.onpix.com
- hub-au.realpix.net
- Payment details not uploading?
Payment/credit card details are transferred using the secure HTTPS protocol. If you're having problems when you try and send these details, please ensure that communication via HTTPS (TCP port 443) is open.
If you need to open communications to specific servers, the server used is bne092u.server-secure.com
- Using print@Royalexpress from behind a proxy server
The print@Royalexpress software can be configured to use a proxy if necessary (e.g. for use at work, school etc.). These details are added from the Tools>Options menu selection, and on the Proxy Settings tab. Please check the details with your network administrator.
If you still experience problems after after adding the details, please ensure that the proxy is not limiting the request size. If this is the case, the proxy log will probably record error 413 (request size too large), due to the size of the files being uploaded. Please check and adjust this based on the largest file you're likely to upload.
