Before you start, we'd like to re-assure you that your satisfaction is our livelihood so we won't let you down. If you are dissatisfied with the prints you receive for any reason, we will reprint, free of charge, or refund your money. We use genuine Kodak paper and you'll be amazed at how good your prints will look - particularly if you've used services using inferior paper in the past.

Option 1 - No download/installation required (slower uploads)
Unlike many other print services, print@Royalexpress no longer requires you to download and install software. If you'd like to use our service, but don't want to install software on your computer, or can't because you're at work or on an Apple Mac, this is the best option for you. All the same features are available, but via a web application, so this method is a little slower.

Option 2 - Download/install software (fastest uploads)
If you can, we recommend you download and install our software as the upload process can be quicker using this method. This is particularly helpful if you're on dial-up and/or prone to Internet connection drop-outs. If you'd rather we sent you a CD with the software by post (within Australia), please send us an email with your name and address details.
